1. Acceptance of Terms

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 432 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to:

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of 432's systems.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including money laundering or bonus abuse.

4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All transactions on the 432 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including local e-wallets and online banking.
Key points regarding transactions:
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that takes 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method selected.

- 432 reserves the right to withhold or delay any transaction that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in the same name as their 432 account. 432 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
432 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 432 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. 6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
432 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request by authorities, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Changes to Terms
432 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
